Beschrijving

Kruideninfusie van natuurlijke oorsprong voor een mentale pauze knop.

Gebruik

-Doe de losse thee in een theezeefje of -filter (1 à 2 theelepels per kopje).
-Leg het zeefje of je theezakje in het kopje.
-Overgiet de thee met het water van de juiste temperatuur.
-Zet je meteen een hele pot thee, reken dan 1 kopje water per theelepel thee (of per builtje).

Water 70-85 °C , 2 gram thee per 100ml water, trek tijd 3 minuten

Kan bereid worden met koud water

Ingredienten

Kamille, sint Jans kruid, citroen melisse

+- 40 gram per zak

Belangrijk

Dit infuus vervangt geen dokterbezoek en is enkel ter ondersteuning

Zwangere vrouwen, mensen met allergenen, medicatie gebruik etc, vraag advies aan je huisdokter.

Gebruikers van de pil en medicatie moeten dit bespreken met hun arts, dit doordat sint janskruid de werking van medicijnen kan afremmen.

Deze thee vervangt niet de medicijnen dat verkocht worden in de apotheker.

Use

-Add the loose tea into a tea strainer or filter (1 to 2 teaspoons per cup).
-Place the strainer or your tea bag in the cup.
-Pour the tea with the water of the right temperature.
-If you make a whole pot of tea right away, count 1 cup of water per teaspoon of tea (or per sachet).
